Long time customer, great service, trustworthy with clothes, good customer service. It's hard to find a good dry cleaners, this is a great one!
Highly recommend!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mark W.Union Square, San Francisco, CA373Jul 19, 2023
Very very very expensive I never knew that one T-shirt cost $11. This is ridiculous. I paid over $40 for 4 T-shirts. That's very disturbing although they do a good job.

Thought I found my new cleaners for my work shirts. But my button-ups come out too soft and then and WRINKLE VERY EASY. Customer service was kinda iffy... depending on who you deal with. But after the customer service I received on Thursday after trying to get a previously dry cleaned shirt dewrinkled for work. One lady started to say "Yes," while the other one told me, "NO. The machines are off." Lmfao!!! I guess I was TOO STUPID to analyze that situation. But hey! Everyone is smarter than us...

They did an outstanding job and less than 24 hour turnaround of several garments while we were in town for a wedding. Definitely recommend, thank you Archie!

I've been going to Marina Cleaners for 14yrs and have spent a significant amount of money during that time as a customer Here's my issue. Roughly 3 1/2 weeks ago two of my husbands Thomas Pink shirts were lost. He exclusively wears Thomas Pink shirts which range from $185 to $225 each. One was In for a minor sleeve repair, the other just laundry.
When I went to pick them up they could not be found. I was told at the time by the ladies who were working they'd call me. Archie did call me later that day and assured me they'd be found. One week later, not a single word from anyone. I called and spoke to Archie who informed me he was too busy to speak on the phone so I went there in person an hour or so later.
At which time I was informed the shirts were officially lost and had been given to possibly one of a dozen customers. Archie told me he called 4 of 12 and wasn't willing to contact the rest. "That would take too much time". In asking him what solution did he propose Archie offered me $40 for each USED shirt. A statement which was emphasized over and over. USED SHIRTS, USED SHIRTS. Archie became irritable saying "a judge will never give you more money than that". I was in shock to say the least, now he is ready to go to court?? Really? My counter proposal was a $150 credit to which Archie vehemently refused.
Oddly enough, a kind customer returned the shirts to Marin Cleaners yesterday. And that's amazing. But I will NEVER be a customer of Marina Cleaners again. After 14 yrs I was treated like cattle. Just shameful all around.
**Nearly TWO years later and I've never gone back to Marina Cleaners. I couldn't be happier with my choice. There are so many more reputable, honest establishments.
**i stand by my prior comments to this day. DO NOT GET YOUR LEATHER CLEANED HERE!
I just picked up my leather jacket (which used to be soft as butter) and it is stiff, shrunk, and the color completely splotchy.
The owner tried to tell me it was the manufacturers problem and nothing he could control. He then continued to show me other leather jackets he had ruined and his plan to "fix" them.
Awful experience.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lori K.San Francisco, CA04Aug 25, 2019Updated review
Marina cleaners ruined another expensive item of clothing. Does anyone know of a reliable, good quality cleaners near Russian Hill/ Marina that has pick up and drop-off service?

This is the best neighborhood cleaner in the city. They always are finding creative solutions and willing to work with different schedules.
In particular Heidi is always extremely helpful and going the extra mile. I also honestly just love her joyful presence everyday!
Thank you! Thank you! For keeping the clothes we love in great condition!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
